Frame
The frame is crafted from sculpted cellulose bio-acetate (Milled Bio-Acetate) — a premium, next-generation material that combines striking architectural design, durability and a high level of comfort.
Each frame is individually milled from a solid block of material using CNC machinery, followed by multi-stage hand polishing. This technology allows for the creation of complex geometric shapes with sharp edges and flawless precision.
The high density of the material ensures structural stability and preserves the frame’s shape throughout its entire lifespan. The pigment is integrated throughout the entire thickness of the acetate block, so the colour remains deep and rich even after many years of use.
The material is completely hypoallergenic, does not irritate the skin and has low thermal conductivity, ensuring that the frame always remains comfortable to the touch regardless of the ambient temperature.
Ergonomics and shape memory
In addition to its distinctive design, bioacetate is characterised by exceptional ergonomic properties. The material possesses natural thermoplasticity and gradually adapts to the contours of the face, creating a personalised fit.
This ability creates the sensation that the frame has been made specifically for the wearer — without excessive pressure, discomfort or the need for constant readjustment.

Lenses
The lenses are made from high-performance optical nylon with deep circular polarisation.
The material ensures exceptional optical clarity without geometric or chromatic aberrations. The image quality exceeds that of standard polycarbonate and approaches the optical characteristics of mineral glass.
Nylon lenses are extremely lightweight, allowing for the use of large architectural forms without adding weight to the structure. On average, such a system is up to 15% lighter than equivalents with polycarbonate lenses.
The material is also characterised by high impact resistance, elasticity and enhanced resistance to scratches, perfumes, alcohols and other external influences.
Hinge assemblies and internal construction
An AISI 304 stainless steel reinforcing rod is integrated inside the temples, providing additional structural stability and product durability.
The hinge assemblies are made from AISI 316 surgical-grade stainless steel and consist of high-precision five-section components produced using CNC milling.
Thanks to molybdenum alloying, the fittings demonstrate enhanced resistance to mechanical stress, whilst the special design of the screw connections minimises the risk of accidental loosening during use.
