Return Conditions
Returned items must:
- be unused and unworn
- be in original condition
- include original packaging and tags (where applicable)
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Process

Return instructions will be provided after your request is reviewed.
Return Shipping & Proof of Return
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Returned items must be sent using a trackable shipping method.
A valid tracking number or other proof of shipment must be provided.
We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit without tracking.
Refunds may be delayed or refused if the returned item is not received and no proof of shipment is provided.
Refunds
Refunds are issued after:
- the returned item is received and inspected, or
- valid proof of return shipment is provided
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size or a different item, subject to availability.

All exchange requests are subject to review and approval. Items must be returned in unused condition, with original packaging and tags.

Defective or Incorrect Items
