Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving any reason.

Returning Items
Items must be returned:
- unused and unworn
- in original condition
- with original packaging and tags (where applicable)
Items must be sent back within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to cancel.
Return Shipping & Tracking
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect:
- return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
All returned items must be sent using a trackable shipping service.
A valid tracking number must be provided.
Refunds may be withheld until:
- the returned item is received, or
- proof of shipment is provided
Refund Timing
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return, whichever occurs first.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos.
Reasonable return shipping costs will be covered in such cases.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size or a different item, subject to availability.
