RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to be happy with your order. If something doesn’t work out, here’s how returns and exchanges work at SIX ZEROS.

Returns

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

- unused and unworn

- in original condition

- with original packaging and tags

To start a return, email us at 6zeros.world@gmail.com with your order number.

Returns must be sent using a trackable shipping service.
Please note that we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit without tracking.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

Need a different size or want to switch to another item? We offer exchanges subject to availability.

To request an exchange, email 6zeros.world@gmail.com with your order number and the item you’d like instead.

Returned items must meet the same conditions as returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received (or proof of return is provided), we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.

Refunds are usually completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos.
We’ll make it right.
