We hope you love your Six Zeros order, but if something isn’t right - don’t worry.
You can request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for return
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
- We cannot accept items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing labels.
- For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g. underwear, swimwear, accessories) may be non-returnable.

Please note that at this time, returns must be sent to the address provided by our team - packages sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, but refunds are typically completed within 5-10 business days after confirmation.

- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or sent incorrectly.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless stated otherwise in your region’s return instructions.
