RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You can return or exchange an item within 14 days of purchase. This right is guaranteed by the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights.”
Terms of return and exchange
The item does not belong to the category of items that are not subject to exchange and return;
Less than 14 days have passed since the date of receipt of the goods;
The goods are complete and the packaging is intact;
The goods have not been used (no signs of wear or use: dirt, foreign odors, scratches, chips, scuffs, changes, etc.). Open packaging is not considered damage to the appearance of the goods.
In case of return or exchange, delivery is paid by the buyer. For free shipping returns, use Nova Poshta's “Easy Return” service. For more details, visit novaposhta.ua/lp/.
Returns are only accepted if sent without cash on delivery — otherwise, the courier will not be able to deliver your package to our warehouse for processing the return or exchange.
Please note that claims regarding model mismatch and defects are only accepted if they are detected at the delivery service office. After receiving the parcel, claims on these points are not accepted or may be considered by the Seller at its discretion. If the product does not meet the stated quality, color, or size, or if a manufacturing defect is found, the Seller will cover the cost of return shipping.

How refunds are made
If the Buyer refuses the goods, the Seller shall refund the cost of the returned goods within 7 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods at the Seller's warehouse, together with the details provided for the refund.
Refunds are made exclusively to the person specified in the order for the goods.
If the Buyer has provided incorrect information in the order or has made special requests regarding the goods or terms, and then refuses to accept the conditions, the Seller reserves the right to refuse a refund.
How the exchange of goods takes place
The exchange of goods from the Buyer takes place after the Seller receives the goods within 1–3 business days.
Exchange of goods for similar goods;
Purchase of other goods from the available assortment with a refund of the cost if there is no similar goods;
Exchange for similar goods when the required model first becomes available for sale.

How refunds are processed
1. If the Buyer refuses the Goods, the Seller shall refund the cost of the returned Goods within 7 days from the date of receipt of the Returned Goods at the Seller's warehouse, together with the return form completed by the Buyer.
2. Refunds for the cost of the Goods shall be made exclusively to the person specified in the Order for the Goods, provided that such person provides a receipt (check) for payment of the Goods for which the refund is being made.
3. If the Buyer has provided incorrect information in the Order, or has not provided a receipt for the refund, or has made specific requests regarding the measurement of the Goods, shipping, or other agreements have been made regarding the terms of exchange or return, made by the Seller before shipping the Goods, and then refuses the claim, the Seller reserves the right to refuse to refund such a Buyer.
4. The costs of transportation services for the delivery of goods and the transfer of money are paid by the Buyer. If the Buyer has not picked up the goods from the post office or has refused them at the post office, the delivery cost is deducted from the cost of the returned goods.
