We deliver orders throughout Ukraine using the Nova Poshta delivery service. You can choose delivery to a branch or to an address (similar to classic courier delivery). Delivery to most locations in Ukraine takes 1-2 days. Delivery costs are based on Nova Poshta delivery service rates.
We provide international delivery using the Nova Poshta delivery service. Average delivery time: 7-12 days.

Each order is prepared for shipment as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we are not always able to add new items to a completed order, but we are always ready to help you with a new purchase.

• cash on delivery, upon receipt at a
  Nova Poshta branch;
• online, using the LiqPay payment system
  (VISA or Master Card).

With a document confirming the purchase, you can exchange or return unsuitable goods within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. The goods must retain their original appearance, seals, and original packaging, and must not show any signs of wear or use.
To return the goods, you must present the original receipt.
We ask you to make the return within 10 days of receiving your order in order to meet the required deadline and receive your refund on time.

Orders are shipped and delivered within Kyiv and Ukraine within 1-2 business days from the moment of confirmation.
During promotional periods and special offers, delivery times may vary slightly.
